Matty Checks In From The Road...
| Posted by IGA on 7/24/2008 |
Friday July 11th, 6 AM departure New york to Pittsburgh. Pittsburg to Minnesota. Minnesota to Memphis. Memphis to Little Rock. Stop for a quick performance at Rockfest. Fly out at 6 AM again from Little Rock to Atlanta. Atlanta to Houston. Houston to Orange County. Step on stage to play at the Maloof Money Cup and the next morning we're gone. Orange County to Phoenix. Weather delays get us holed up there for the night.
Then Phoenix to Omaha. And after a nice 3 hour ride to Kearny we finally reunite with our tour bus. 9 flights in 3 days. 30 some hours of travel for a mere 60 minutes of performance. Countless layovers and airport meals. This is how the first three days of tour shaped up, but its all made worth while when that Kearny crowd goes off the hook for our performance. After a good two weeks off the road it feels great to be back in the saddle. Things are really starting to come together and we have never felt better up on stage. Although our interviews with MLB productions and MTV radio, photo shoot for MTV.com and appearance on FUSE were a lot of fun, nothing compares to the rush of adrenaline you get from a crowd that just can't get enough.
It all came to a head in Rochester, MN when we walked off the stage to chants of "One more song!!! One more song!!!". Not something that normally happens for the second band on a four band bill. Needless to say we are all having a blast on tour so far, and all the bands have been uber cool and inviting. The next month and a half should be a blast and we hope to see everyone at a show soon. I'm sure to have some good stories for you in the next few weeks, so be sure to stay tuned.

Hell Yeah – Harley Davidson Museum Opens
| Posted by IGA on 7/16/2008 |
Nothing screams Pure American Badassery more than a mean Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Since 1915, the company has been making motorcycles that have come to symbolize the American open road.
Over the years, H-D has accumulated a massive vault of vintage motorcycles, jackets, and other paraphernalia and has just opened the Harley-Davidson Museum. It’s located in downtown Milwaukee, just three miles from the original 10-by-15 foot shed where the original Serial Number One, the first ever Harley, was built. Read more about the museum on The Bachelor Guy.com by clicking HERE
Rev Theory will be performing at the Harley-Davidson 105th Anniversary Party on August 30th in Milwaukee. They can't wait to swing by the museum before rocking out!
